The Teak Patio has changed its name to BlueSky Outdoor.
At BlueSky Outdoor you will continue to find the great teak outdoor furniture that we have been known for these past 10 years, but from October through March, the store will also sell ski and snowboard clothing. As you might imagine, the demand for outdoor furniture in December is considerably less than it is in say June, so we decided to expand our business into something that complements our seasonality. We will continue selling outdoor furnishing year round, but the emphasis of what we sell will shift with the seasons.
The other reason for the name change is to reflect our ever expanding line of outdoor furniture styles and materials. While teak will probably always be at the heart of what we sell, next season we will also be offering outdoor furniture made from All Weather Wicker, Cast Aluminum and some Stainless Steel.
To represent our two divisions, we have launched two new web sites; one for our OutdoorFurnishings called BlueSky-Furnishings.com and the other called BlueSky-Apparel.com.
